Recently renovated, the apartments are located on the first floor of a quiet residential block at few steps from the nightlife of the marina and the promenade with pedestrian and cycle pathways where you can stroll by the sea and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with dishes, kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and air conditioning for the comfort of our guests.

Each apartment measures 55 m2 and includes a large and bright living area overlooking two sea-view balconies equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with crystal shower cubicle and bidet; a sofa bed completes the living area and can offer additional beds. Two independent hot-cold heat pumps installed in the living room and in the master bedroom ensure maximum comfort for our guests. A covered parking space is available on request.

Bathroom and bedroom linen are provided for each stay; a welcome kit will welcome our guests upon their arrival.
A foldable cot, high chair, stroller and other comforts for your babies are available free of charge upon request.

The residence is also equipped with outdoor showers and overlooks a lovely square with playground, bus stop, tobacconist, news shop and pizzeria.

You can reach us from Comiso airport (35 km) and from Catania airport (120 km).
